NISTRA evaluates a project based on 42 indicators from the areas of direct costs, transport quality, safety, urban development, the environment, and implementation and coherence. These indicators are presented partly in monetary terms, partly quantified (in effectiveness points), and partly qualitatively (in words or on a scale from -3 to +3).
